Baraka Visual Meditation

This is a wonderful grounding experience.  If you were to watch the three, fullscreen with headphones, would be perfect. These three take approx. 12 minutes to complete.  Be sure to sit in a comfortable chair with no shoes on. Place your feet surely on the floor or wherever you are.  Breathe Deeper and slower. Pay attention to just slowing it down.   Now pay attention to how the music feels. It’s transforming. Enjoy
